We want you to pay only for an estimate that works.

Automatic credit return

If the reading fails and no estimate is produced, your estimate credit is returned to you automatically so you can try again.

Refund

If we cannot read your plans, or the service fails because of a fault on our side, email support@bldrscope.com within 30 days of purchase with the date and the email you used at checkout, and we will refund the payment.

What is not refundable

A finished estimate is not refunded because a price differs from your bid, your supplier or your expectations. The estimate is a budget tool that you are expected to check and edit, as described in the Terms.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually several business days.
